Cynthia Rawlinson

Cynthia Rawlinson has extensive experience in the healthcare industry. From 1990 to 1994, they worked as the Director of Performance Improvement at SSM / DePaul Medical Center. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing and coordinating improvement initiatives.

Cynthia then joined Valley Health System / Winchester Medical Center in 1994 as the Corporate Director of Quality / Accreditation. In this position, Cynthia had various responsibilities, including managing a systemwide program for quality improvement, continuous accreditation readiness, patient safety, and organizational performance improvement. Cynthia also oversaw initiatives to adapt to changes in the healthcare industry, such as value-based purchasing and risk corridor projections. Cynthia retired from this role in July 2015.

Cynthia Rawlinson holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Language and Literature from The University of Tulsa. Additionally, they have a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Education and Business from the same institution.
