Kathryn Morales

Kathryn Morales (Thomas) has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Since 2010, they have been working at Valley Health, starting as a Senior Financial Analyst and later becoming the Director of Finance for various departments and hospitals. Their responsibilities included budget analysis, service line performance monitoring, and leading project teams. Prior to Valley Health, they worked as a Corporate Accountant at a different company. In 2011, they briefly worked as an Adjunct Professor at Shenandoah University, teaching cost accounting. Before that, they gained experience in tax consulting and compliance as a Supervisor at Yount, Hyde & Barbour, PC.

Kathryn Morales (Thomas) completed their Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and Government at the William & Mary - Raymond A. Mason School of Business from 2001 to 2005. In 2007 to 2008, they pursued their Master of Business Administration at Shenandoah University.
