Michael Mihailoff began their work experience in 1999 as the Director of Respiratory Care & Pulmonary Diagnostics at Penn State's Milton S. Hershey Medical Center. Michael later joined Valley Health in 2002, where they held the role of Corporate Director of Medicine Service Line, focusing on creating models of care for patients with chronic diseases, developing a telemedicine presence, and establishing a Palliative Care Program. Additionally, they served as the Corporate Director of Respiratory Services at Valley Health from 2003 to 2010.
Michael Mihailoff earned a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Allegheny College in 1980. Michael later pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Healthcare from Walden University between 2010 and 2012.
