Tom Compton

Tom Compton has a strong background in financial services and technology. Tom most recently served as the Director of Financial & Business Intelligence at Valley Hope. Prior to that, they worked at Waddell & Reed as a Service Delivery Manager and Channel Development Consultant. At State Street GX, Tom was a Support Analyst, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of client environments. Tom began their career at IBM as a Commercial Web Middleware Enablement Architect, where they provided support for various applications and trained other team members. Tom has extensive experience in data integration, technical support, and project management.

Tom Compton has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from Kansas State University. Tom also holds an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Coffeyville Community College. In addition to their degrees, they have obtained certifications including the Certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager from Scaled Agile, Inc. in March 2021 and the ITIL 4 Foundation Level from PeopleCert (year not specified).
