Mona McArdle has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Mona began their career at the University of Utah as a Research Assistant from 1987-1989. Mona then worked as an Urgent Care Physician at Kaiser Permanente from 1994-2000 and at Health First Medical Group from 1998-1999. Mona also served as an Emergency Room Staff Physician at the Portland Veterans Administration Medical Center from 1997-2000. In 2001, they worked as an Urgent Care Physician at Med-Stop, Inc. before joining Valley Immediate Care in 2003 as the Medical Director/Physician.
Mona McArdle completed their Bachelor's degree in Biology, General at the University of Utah in 1988. Mona then pursued their Doctor of Medicine (MD) at the University of Utah School of Medicine from 1989 to 1993. Following that, they enrolled in the Internal Medicine Residency Program at Oregon Health & Science University and completed it from 1993 to 1996.

Valley Immediate Care is able to diagnose and treat most episodic illness and injury with on-site laboratory and x-ray services. Valley Immediate Care also has an Aesthetics department which was developed to help at-risk youth in the community remove tattoos for free! The Aesthetics department also provides other services such as toenail fungus, unwanted hair, age spots, and spider veins removals. Other treatments include Botox, Fillers, & Microneedling.
