Christy Hayduk

Christy Hayduk serves Valmont as vice president and human resources business partner for the Irrigation division, where she supports organizational management and professional development of the global workforce. Christy started her career at Valmont in 2008 as a senior HR generalist before progressing to vice president of human resources for the Coatings division in 2019 and then for Structures in 2020. Christy earned her BS in public relations and advertising at the University of Nebraska – Omaha and her MBA from Bellevue University.
