Rebecca Novotny

Rebecca Novotny is a seasoned marketing and design professional with extensive experience in brand management and graphic design. Currently serving as Global Brand Manager and North America Marketing Lead at Valley Irrigation - A Valmont Company since April 2015, Rebecca is responsible for developing and implementing global brand strategies to enhance brand visibility and market share, while overseeing North American marketing operations. Previous roles include positions as a Senior Marketing Specialist, Graphic Designer at Kohll's Pharmacy & HomeCare, and various graphic design positions at Scooter's Coffee & Yogurt, Ready or Knot, Gordmans, Village Stationery, and others. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design and an Associate of Occupational Studies in Design, Illustration & Computer Graphics from the Creative Center, College of Art & Design.
