Carrie Youngblood

Carrie Youngblood is an experienced human resources executive with a strong background in leadership roles across various healthcare organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Chief People & Experience Officer at Valley Medical Center, Carrie previously held the position of Vice President and Chief People Officer at Yakima Valley Memorial Hospital, as well as Director of Human Resources. Carrie has also contributed to Kittitas Valley Healthcare in several capacities, including Director of Human Resources and Lean Special Projects in Talent Development. Early career experience includes roles as HR Representative and Recruiting Specialist at Kittitas County and Recruiting Manager at Muckleshoot Casino. Carrie holds an education from Central Washington University and completed Wharton Executive Education between March 2022 and January 2023.
