Christel Kellar

Christel Kellar is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Valley Metro RPTA since June 2022, Christel previously held multiple roles at Pinal County, including Senior Human Resources Analyst and Human Resources Technician from November 2019 to June 2022. Earlier experience includes positions such as HR Generalist at AMAN, Administrative Assistant/School Board Secretary at Grundy Center Community Schools, and various roles within the South Dakota government, culminating in a supervisory role in Unemployment Insurance. Christel holds a Master of Public Administration from Arkansas State University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of South Dakota. Educational background also includes a High School Diploma from Edmunds Central High School.
