Julie Landspurg

Julie Landspurg, MAHR, has extensive experience in learning and organizational development, currently serving as the Manager of Learning & Organizational Development at Valley Metro RPTA since January 2018. Prior to this role, Julie was the Learning & Organizational Development Manager for the Town of Gilbert, Arizona, from 1998 to 2017, where responsibilities included establishing the Learning and Development division in HR, designing and managing employee and leadership development programs, and overseeing performance improvement initiatives. Julie's earlier experience includes working as a Senior Corporate Trainer at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona from 1992 to 1998, focusing on professional development training and implementing leadership assessments. Julie holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from Ottawa University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Training and Development from Grand Canyon University.
