Johanna Fischer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the dairy and agricultural industries. Since December 1994, Johanna has served as the Owner of Milk Made Dairy and has been the Founder of Valley Milk, LLC since June 2015, overseeing the establishment of a state-of-the-art milk dried powder plant in February 2018. Additionally, Johanna has held the position of Partner at TBR since January 2010 and has been the Owner of GravelStone Ranch, which focuses on farming almonds, wine grapes, and row crops, since January 2012. Johanna earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interior Design from California State University-Sacramento between 1989 and 1992.

The shared dream of five multi-generational Central Valley California Dairy Families, nutritionists and veterinarians, Valley Milk, LLC is rising on the western edge of Turlock, CA. We are constructing a state-of-the-art milk powder processing facility on Washington Avenue near Main Street. Our facility will be supplied by 16 dairy farms, converting pure California milk into nutritional dairy ingredients with full vertical integration from farm to powder. Commercial operations are scheduled to begin February 2018. Our Mission: To be a world class dairy ingredient processor and marketer of premium milk powders with emphasis on quality, food safety, and profitability.
