Jacqueline Blake-Broughton

Jacqueline Blake-Broughton serves as the Major Gifts & Engagement Director at Valley of the Sun United Way since September 2021, where responsibilities include developing donor-centric strategies for major gifts and enhancing donor stewardship. Previous roles within the organization involved strategic growth and strengthening of major gift programs, particularly related to Tocqueville Society contributions. Prior to this, Jacqueline accumulated over 19 years of experience at Verizon Wireless, holding various leadership positions, including Director of Business Government Customer Operations, overseeing a large staff and managing operational excellence. Jacqueline's early career included roles at AirTouch Cellular, contributing experience in account and indirect channel management. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Management from the State University of New York at Fredonia.
