Brandon Cottrell

Brandon Cottrell has a strong background in loyalty programs and analytics. Brandon worked at Valley View Casino & Hotel from 2006 to 2023, starting as a Database Marketing Coordinator and progressing to the roles of Database Loyalty Programs Analyst, Database Loyalty Programs and Analytics Manager, and ultimately, Director of Loyalty Programs and Analytics. In these positions, Brandon was responsible for designing and implementing database loyalty and analytic programs, managing relationships with VizExplorer, and developing new analytics tools. Brandon also conducted marketing and business analysis and provided technical expertise in database efforts. Additionally, Brandon served as a Customer Advisory Board Member at VizExplorer from 2019 to 2020.

Brandon first attended San Diego City College, where they obtained an Associate of Science degree in Television and Film Production in 2006.

Following that, they enrolled at San Diego Miramar College and pursued an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, which was completed in 2012.

Lastly, they attended Columbia College and graduated in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems.
