Jennifer Duran

Jennifer Duran is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in compliance, privacy operations, and healthcare management. Currently serving as the Director of Compliance at Valley View since January 2021, Jennifer has previously held positions including Compliance/Privacy Operations Manager and Compliance/Privacy Analyst and Contract Manager. Prior to Valley View, Jennifer worked at Vail Health as Manager of Provider Services for Vail Health Clinics and held the role of Program Manager focusing on community health at DenverHealth. Jennifer began a career in nursing at UCHealth as a Charge Nurse in therapeutic endoscopy. Jennifer holds a Master's in Healthcare Administration with a focus on Organizational Leadership and Change Management from Colorado State University Global, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing from the University of Northern Colorado.
