Lennie Grant

Lennie Grant-Banda has extensive experience in social work and youth services, currently serving as the Director of the Achieving Independence Center and Delco AAI at Valley Youth House since September 2012. In this role, Lennie leads a team of 8 Coaches, overseeing case management services for approximately 300-350 youth, while also designing protocols to enhance operational efficiency. Previous positions include Case Management Supervisor and Coach, managing a caseload of 60-80 youth and collaborating with various agencies to facilitate independent living plans. Lennie’s earlier experience includes a Social Work Internship at Boston Juvenile Court Clinic and roles in residential counseling and resource coordination. Education includes a Master of Social Work from Boston University School of Social Work and a Bachelor of Arts in Justice Studies from Rhode Island College.
