Sara Dial

Sara Dial is currently the Ex-Officio at Valley Youth Theatre. Sara has an extensive background in business development and has held various positions in this field throughout their career.

Sara Dial started their career in business development at BBVA in 2000 and served as the Phoenix Advisory Board Director for six years. In this role, they facilitated dozens of business opportunities for the bank in Arizona and across its national footprint.

After leaving BBVA, Sara Dial started their own business development firm, Sara Dial & Associates. Sara then went on to work as a Cabinet Member for the Arizona Governor's Office, representing the Commerce Department and business community on Governor Fife Symington's Cabinet. In this role, they created, presented and successfully passed legislative initiatives to help advance the economy of the state of Arizona.

Most recently, Sara Dial was the Director of the Arizona Department of Commerce from 1991 to 1996. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the state's commerce initiatives and advancing the economy of Arizona.

Sara Dial's educational career includes a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Stanford University.
