Lissette Carcano

Lissette Carcano, MSN, RN, HN-BC, is a seasoned nursing professional with extensive experience in employee health and wellness, quality management, and case management. Currently serving as the Director of Employee Health & Wellness at Valley Health System since August 2013, Lissette has held multiple leadership roles including Director of Quality and Education, Manager of Employee Health & Wellness, and Medicare Utilization Nurse Case Manager, where responsibilities included conducting utilization reviews and collaborating with medical staff on guidelines for documentation. Prior experience includes work as a Home Health Nurse at Holy Name Medical Center and as a Public Health Nurse for the City of Passaic. Lissette holds a Master of Nursing degree from Ramapo College of New Jersey, a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from Saint Peter's University, and a nursing diploma from Holy Name Medical Center School of Nursing.
