Lacie Ampadu

Lacie Ampadu currently serves as the Director of Institutional Giving at Valleywise Health Foundation, a position held since December 2023. Previously, Lacie was Grants Manager at Arizona's Children Association from April 2020 to December 2023 and held the role of Program Manager for Injury and Substance Abuse Prevention at the Arizona Department of Health Services from October 2016 to April 2020. During this time, Lacie was instrumental in managing a statewide program addressing opioid-related issues and successfully increased funding through strategic grant proposals. Other roles include Deputy Director of the Department of Health and Social Services for the Colorado River Indian Tribe and Income Maintenance Caseworker at Buncombe County Government. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Health, a Graduate Certificate in Substance Abuse Counseling, and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Health and Safety, all obtained from East Carolina University.
