Wes Bailey has extensive work experience in various roles within the banking and financial services industry. Wes is currently a Vice President at Valliance Bank since April 2022. Wes Bailey earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance from Texas Christian University - M.J. Neeley School of Business. Wes attended the university from 2007 to 2009. In addition, Wes obtained further certifications, including becoming a LeadingEdge Graduate from Leadership Fort Worth in June 2023, and receiving an advanced certification from the American Bankers Association's ABA Commercial Lending School in April 2022.
