Wes Bailey

Wes Bailey has extensive work experience in various roles within the banking and financial services industry. Wes is currently a Vice President at Valliance Bank since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an Assistant Vice President of Commercial Banking at Valliance Bank from December 2019 to April 2022. Before joining Valliance Bank, Wes worked as a Financial Advisor at Northwestern Mutual from September 2017 to December 2019. Wes also gained valuable experience at Frost Bank, where they held the positions of Relationship Banking Officer from October 2016 to September 2017, and Associate Relationship Manager from July 2014 to October 2016. Wes began their career at Frost Bank as a Teller from December 2008 to April 2010. Before entering the banking industry, they worked as a Project Manager at Powerhouse Retail Services from January 2011 to July 2014 and as a New and Used Car Salesman at Nissan of Fort Worth from April 2010 to August 2010. Wes's earliest work experience was as a Customer Service Representative at Bailey's Feed Hardware & Automotive from January 2001 to February 2008.

Wes Bailey earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance from Texas Christian University - M.J. Neeley School of Business. Wes attended the university from 2007 to 2009. In addition, Wes obtained further certifications, including becoming a LeadingEdge Graduate from Leadership Fort Worth in June 2023, and receiving an advanced certification from the American Bankers Association's ABA Commercial Lending School in April 2022.
