Damien Lefranc-Morin

Damien Lefranc-Morin is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in talent development and management. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Development at Vallourec since September 2017, Damien is responsible for defining and implementing the HR development strategy for the group, promoting a performance culture, and coordinating diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Prior experience includes a role as Group Talent Manager at BEL, where Damien established talent management policies and managed talent acquisition and development initiatives. Additional roles held include HR Director for BEL Portugal, HR Business Partner for BEL France, and HR Manager for Citroën at PSA Peugeot Citroën. Damien's educational credentials include a Master’s degree in HR Management from Université Paris Dauphine and certification as a professional ICF-RNCP coach.
