Joslyn Downing

Joslyn Downing, CPA, has extensive experience in accounting and financial management. Currently serving as Controller at Valluzzo Companies since March 2014, Joslyn oversees a team of accounting staff and reports directly to the CFO, manages monthly reporting to McDonald's corporate office, and prepares financial statements for 81 franchise locations. Additionally, responsibilities include overseeing bi-weekly payroll for over 3,000 employees and streamlining departmental processes. Prior experience includes serving as Controller at e-Gov Systems & Antares Technology Solutions, where Joslyn managed all accounting functions, and as Audit Manager at TWRU CPAs & Financial Advisors, supervising large partnership audits. Joslyn holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Louisiana State University.
