Brandon Simmons

Brandon Simmons is a Quality and Continuous Improvement Manager at Valmet since March 2024, following a diverse career in maintenance and nuclear engineering. Prior to this role, Brandon served at Amcor as a Maintenance Supervisor and Senior Maintenance Planner from October 2019 to March 2024. Brandon contributed to the US Navy for over 14 years, where responsibilities included supervising the Nuclear Propulsion Plant and managing logistics for submarine deployment as a Transitioning Nuclear Propulsion Plant Supervisor. Notable achievements include leading nuclear machinist divisions, excelling as a regional recruiter, and managing significant projects such as ship decommissioning and extended shipyard overhauls. Brandon's educational background in Nuclear Engineering and Reactor and Steam Generation Operation was acquired through the US Navy Nuclear Propulsion program.
