Johanna Ilen

Johanna Ilen has extensive experience in quality management, currently serving as the Global Manager of Quality at Valmet since August 2014, overseeing quality processes in the Automation Business Line. Previously, Johanna held senior management roles focused on Global Quality Management and Global Quality Assurance in Valmet's Pulp & Energy Business Line, where responsibilities included Continuous Improvement and Quality Assurance for global projects. Prior experience includes a decade at Metso Power Oy with roles such as Senior Manager and Quality Assurance Manager, and earlier positions focused on Occupational Health & Safety at UPM and as a Trainer at Lemminkäinen Oyj. Johanna holds a Master's degree in Environmental and Energy Technology from Tampere University of Technology and has recently completed Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training through Aalto University Executive Education and Professional Development.
