Tero Kokko

Tero Kokko is the President for EMEA at Valmet, responsible for the company's operations in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa since August 2020. With extensive experience in leadership roles within the automation and project business, Tero Kokko has held various senior positions at Kalmar from October 2012 to July 2020, including Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President of the Automation and Projects Division. Previous roles at Cargotec and Metso Automation involved global profit and loss responsibilities and strategic development in automation and control technologies. Tero Kokko holds multiple degrees, including a Doctorate in Automation & Control Technology and a Master's in Finance, Management, and Economics from esteemed institutions.
