Billy Rodriguez

Billy Rodriguez, P.E. has extensive experience in engineering management, currently serving as the Director of International Engineering at Valmont Industries, Inc. since June 2011. In this role, Billy oversees engineering operations for offices in Mansfield, TX, and Pune, India, while supporting alliance and bid team efforts in the US market and providing direction for international projects. Previous positions at Valmont included Senior Engineering Manager, Engineering Manager, Engineering Supervisor, Project Engineer, and Design Engineer, with responsibilities ranging from managing engineering work to designing utility structures. Prior to Valmont, Billy worked as an Engineer at BHW Engineers, focusing on structural analysis and design for commercial and residential projects. Billy holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Brigham Young University, obtained in 2008.
