Kelsey Christensen

Kelsey Christensen, MSHR, currently serves as an Intermediate Auditor at Valmont Industries, Inc. since June 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Staff Auditor and Human Resources Coordinator at Physicians Mutual from October 2015 to June 2023, where Kelsey provided administrative support to senior management and facilitated customer service. Previous positions also encompass Human Resources Coordinator and Assistant at WorldView LTD, focusing on recruitment and onboarding, as well as family consulting and support roles at Boys Town. Kelsey’s early career involved assisting probationers with employment and education, website maintenance for the American Society of Criminology, and tutoring NCAA athletes. Kelsey holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Strategic Management from Bellevue University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
