Shannon Eggert

Shannon Eggert, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries and roles. Shannon currently holds the position of Senior Vice President Business Process at Valmont Industries, Inc., where they have been since October 2023. Prior to this role, they served as the Senior Vice President - North America TDS & L&T.

Shannon has extensive experience in the utility division at Valmont, starting as the Steel Transmission Product Manager in September 2011. Shannon then worked their way up to become the Director of Product Management - Utility Division, and later served as the Vice President of Business Line Management - Utility. From January 2020 to July 2023, they held the position of Vice President and General Manager – North American Utility Division.

Before joining Valmont Industries, Shannon worked at Lincoln Industries as the Business Development Manager and as the Technology Development Manager (Technical Business Development). Shannon also briefly served as the Quality Project Manager. Additionally, they served as the New Product Integration Manager at Lincoln Industries from August 2006 to May 2007.

Prior to their time at Lincoln Industries, Shannon worked at TS Tech Americas, Inc. as an Engineering Manager from May 2001 to August 2006. Shannon started their career as a Mechanical Designer at Centurion in May 1997.

Shannon's work experience also includes their time in the Army National Guard as a 68J Cobra Aircraft Armament Technician from August 1992 to August 1998.

Shannon Eggert, MBA, obtained their executive MBA from the University of Nebraska at Omaha in 2009. Prior to that, they attended Peru State College from 2000 to 2006 and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management. Shannon also attended Southeast Community College from 1994 to 1996. In 1993, they completed their secondary education at Beatrice High School.
