T. Mitchell Parnell

In his role as executive vice president, chief human resources officer, T. Mitchell Parnell is responsible for providing the strategic direction that helps to align and optimize the human capital potential within Valmont. Mitch joined the company in 2015 as the vice president of human resources for the engineered support structures (ESS) business segment.

Prior to joining Valmont, Mitch held positions as vice president, human resources; vice president, global human resources; and chief human resources officer for large publicly held and privately owned industrial and construction companies.
