Camille Geeraert

Camille Geeraert has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Since September 2022, they have been working as the Head of Strategic Analysis at Valneva. Prior to this role, they were a Senior Manager in Business & Corporate Development at Valneva from January 2020 to October 2022. From January 2016 to December 2019, they held the position of Manager in Business Development & Strategic Marketing at Valneva. Before joining Valneva, Camille worked at Servier from October 2014 to December 2015 as a Project Manager in Acquisition and Strategic Negotiation. Camille also worked as a Project Manager in Competitive Intelligence at Servier from September 2010 to September 2014. Camille's early work experience includes serving as a Ph.D. candidate at Inserm from September 2006 to August 2009, an intern in High Throughput Screening at Healthcare Business of Merck from March 2006 to August 2006, an intern in Bio-mechanics and Bio-engineering at CNRS from February 2005 to July 2005, an intern in Preclinical R&D at Sanofi from September 2004 to February 2005, and an intern in Human Immunopathologies at Inserm from January 2003 to March 2003.

Camille Geeraert's education history includes the following: from 2018 to 2020, they attended GLC Masterclasses in London for training courses. In 2009-2010, they pursued an MSc in Strategic Management at HEC Paris. Prior to that, from 2006 to 2009, they completed a Ph.D in Cellular Biology and Biochemistry at Paris-Sud University (Paris XI). In 2003-2006, they obtained an Engineer & Master's Degree in Biotechnology / Conception and innovation of bioproducts from Université de Technologie de Compiègne (UTC). Lastly, from 2001 to 2003, they attended ESTBA Paris where they obtained a BTS/Technician degree in Biochemistry.
