Henrik Suomi

Henrik Suomi is an experienced executive in the energy sector, currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Valokuitunen since July 2020. Previously, Henrik held various roles at Caruna from July 2013 to July 2020, including Regional Director and Head of Investment Programs, where responsibilities encompassed the management of the company's distribution network investment portfolio and contractor management. Prior to that, Henrik worked as Head of Asset Management at Fortum and manager of the regional network, focusing on asset investments and maintenance. Henrik's earlier experience includes positions at YIT as a marketing manager and project manager for substation projects, and at Hämeen Sähkö Oy as an On-Site Manager/project engineer. Henrik holds a Master of Science in Power Engineering from Tampere University of Technology and is a secondary school graduate from Paimion lukio.
