Mike Cavallaro

Mike Cavallaro has a strong background in legal and compliance, with a focus on advising financial institutions, mortgage companies, loan servicers, and collections agencies. Mike has experience in consumer regulatory and legal compliance issues related to bankruptcy, foreclosure, collections, and default servicing. Mike has held positions as Head of Legal and Compliance at Valon Mortgage, Deputy General Counsel and Director of Compliance at Valon, Partner at Barnes & Thornburg LLP, and Partner at Fox Rothschild LLP. Prior to that, they worked as a Partner at Lindquist & Vennum, Vice President and Senior Corporate Counsel at U.S. Bank, and Attorney at Anastasi Jellum, P.A.

Mike Cavallaro attended Gustavus Adolphus College from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. From 2006 to 2009, they furthered their education at Mitchell Hamline School of Law, earning a Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Additionally, Mike received a Certificate in Dispute Resolutions from Hamline University School of Law in 2009.
