Eero Kettunen

Eero Kettunen is a seasoned professional in mergers and acquisitions and strategic management, currently serving as the Director of M&A and Strategy at Valoo since January 2022. In this role, Eero oversees the entire M&A process at Valoo, participating in multiple transaction processes and successfully closing three acquisitions. Prior to Valoo, Eero held the position of Manager in M&A and Business Development at EY from August 2016 to November 2021, where responsibilities included conducting due diligence and detailed financial and commercial analyses. Career beginnings include roles as a Senior Analyst and an Analyst at Affecto, as well as trainee positions at Invest in Finland and Pirkanmaan Osuuskauppa, S-Ryhmä. Eero holds a Master's Degree in Economics from the University of Tampere and completed an exchange program in Finance at Thompson Rivers University.
