Carlos Costa

Carlos Costa is a Vice President at Valor Capital Group, primarily focused on sourcing and evaluating new investment opportunities across the seed and growth stages, and supporting portfolio companies. Prior to Valor, he was a Senior Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company (Brazil and Silicon Valley Offices), and an Investment Banking Associate at Bank of America Merrill Lynch (NYC office). Carlos has degrees in Law and Business Administration and holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School. During his time in Boston, Carlos was Co-President of the Brazil Conference at Harvard & MIT.
