Hansen Bay

Hansen Bay has a diverse range of work experience in the field of coaching and sports management. Hansen has worked as a Performance Coach at Valor Performance, Inc. since 2021, and as a Performance Mindset Coach at the Singapore Golf Association since 2021. Hansen also worked as a Sport and Psychology Coach at Mental Edge (Singapore) since 2010, and as the Head Goalball Coach for Singapore at the Singapore Disability Sport Council since 2014. Additionally, they have served as a Coach Educator for the International Paralympic Committee since 2016. From 2017 to 2019, Hansen worked as the Assistant Director of Coaching Development at Sport Singapore. Hansen was also a Consultant for Sport and Psychology Coaching at Raffles Rugby Union from 2016 to 2018. Prior to these roles, they worked as a Programme Director at Athlete Development Pte Ltd from 2007 to 2017 and as a Curriculum Developer and Lecturer for Sport Management at the Institute of Technical Education from February to August 2007. Lastly, they worked as a Dive Master at EURO DIVERS from June to December 2006.

Hansen Bay attended Nanyang Technological University Singapore from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Physical Education Teaching and Coaching. Later, from 2010 to 2013, Hansen Bay pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology at Edith Cowan University.
