Lucie Tesarova is a certified coach and founder of MindFittery, a mental fitness gym for leaders and their teams. Lucie also works as a coach for CoachHub, specializing in personalized coaching programs for organizations. Lucie provides leadership coaching for growth and performance at Valor Performance, and offers 1:1 coaching services on resilience and mental fitness at BetterUp. With experience in a variety of coaching areas, Lucie is also proficient in marketing, accounting, and startup coaching. In the past, Lucie has worked as a Vice President for the Santa Monica Holistic Chamber of Commerce, and has experience in founding and co-owning a retail business. Lucie holds a Master's degree in Teaching of Social Sciences and English Language.
