Matthew Phillips

Matthew Phillips is currently a partner at Valor Real Estate Partners LLP, where Matthew focuses on investing in logistics and industrial real estate across Europe. With a portfolio of over €1bn industrial infill assets acquired and financed through 50+ transactions, Matthew has a strong background in the real estate industry. Prior to their role at Valor Real Estate Partners LLP, Matthew worked as an Associate in M&A at Lazard, where Matthew gained experience in acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic reviews for blue-chip institutions. Matthew's educational background includes a CFA Level 1 certification, ACA chartered accountancy qualification, and a 2:1 (Hons) degree from Durham University in Classics, French, and Economics.
