Guilherme Tod started their work experience as a Law Intern at Paraná State Attorney General Office. After six months, they transitioned to a Software Developer role within the same organization. During this time, they learned JavaScript and developed solutions to improve workflow productivity and automate repetitive tasks. This experience led to their interest and success in software development, primarily using Google Workspaces API's, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Following their time at the Attorney General Office, Guilherme joined Neiva de Lima, Zanicotti - Advogados as a Law Intern. Guilherme then returned to the Attorney General Office as a Software Developer, where they further improved work methodologies and gained 1.5 years of experience in solution development.

Later, Guilherme joined OmniChat as a Software Developer, where they migrated a platform from AngularJS to the latest versions of Angular. Guilherme refactored services, defined project structures and coding standards, migrated tests, and introduced end-to-end testing. Guilherme also collaborated with product designers to provide the developers' perspective on an in-progress Design System implementation.

Currently, Guilherme works as a Software Engineer at Valor Software, where they are responsible for creating Angular components for a Design System. Their work focuses on visual outcomes, developer experience, accessibility, and future-proof maintenance. Guilherme advocates for quality, attention to detail, and a testing culture.

Guilherme Tod pursued their Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná from 2015 to 2020, with a specialization in Law.
