Marwa Ahmed Sabry Elhakim

Marwa Ahmed Sabry Elhakim is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in diversity and inclusion leadership, currently serving as Head of Diversity & Inclusion at Eni since September 2017. Marwa has held multiple senior roles within Eni, including Vice President of Upstream Negotiations for various regions and managing strategic planning and commercial negotiations. Additionally, Marwa is a Board Member at Valore D, a pioneering corporate association in Italy focused on promoting gender balance and inclusive culture. Marwa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Commerce from Cairo University, completed in 1995.
