Charlotte Baak is an accomplished test engineer with extensive experience in test automation and consultancy across various organizations. Currently serving as a Testengineer for DICTU (PEGA) since November 2023 and holding the position of Testautomation Engineer at Valori since November 2021, Charlotte previously contributed significantly to Transavia as a Tester JOSF Automation and worked with multiple companies through Eager B.V. in test consultancy roles. With a strong foundation in software testing gained from participation in Eager's masterclass and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Science from Hogeschool Leiden, Charlotte possesses a robust skill set that includes test design, execution, risk analysis, and effective communication with stakeholders.
