Mariana Aguirre is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business management and nutrition. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana manages an online store specializing in organic body care and environmental products. Additionally, Mariana has held the role of Compliance Officer Assistant at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous entrepreneurial experience includes ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Mariana has also worked as a nutritionist at a private practice and as a university lecturer, teaching courses on applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food. Educational credentials include a Diplomatura in Business Administration from Universidad Anahuac Online and a degree in Food, Nutrition, and Well-being from Universidad del Centro de México.

Valorsul é a empresa responsável pelo tratamento e valorização de cerca de 900 mil toneladas de resíduos urbanos produzidos por ano em 19 municípios das regiões de Lisboa (Norte) e Oeste de Portugal. O que para o cidadão já não tem valor e é deitado fora, na Valorsul transforma-se em recurso, em matéria prima que se pode transformar numa nova embalagem, em eletricidade, composto para a agricultura ou em agregado para a construção rodoviária.
