Paris Holt is the current CEO of Valorus and was previously with TelBill. Prior to that, they were with US Communications / Ameritel from December 1996 to February 1998 as Vice President of Sales and Marketing / Business Development.
At US Communications / Ameritel, they were responsible for creating a new division of US Communications called Ameritel. The new business unit was to take all of US Communications high profile clients and convert them from the US Communications Agent business to the Ameritel MVNO business model.
Some of their major accomplishments include partnering with nine wireless carriers across the US and establishing the first truly national MVNO footprint; leading the operational launch and marketing of the Ameritel branded MVNO service into national channels of distribution including Radio Shack, OfficeMax, Kmart, QVC, Walgreens, and Eckerds; and completing a $200 million secondary round of financing with Toronto Dominion and Jefferies.
Under Paris Holt's leadership, Ameritel grew to over 150,000 wireless customers, making Ameritel the second largest MVNO in the country (next to MCI/WorldCom).
Paris Holt has a BA in Finance and Economics from Rochester Institute of Technology.
