Lou Falco

Lou Falco brings over three decades of experience in business management, financial consulting, and real estate development. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Valour Group since January 2017, Lou has played a crucial role in overseeing real estate development projects, mortgage administration, and the establishment of District REIT. Previously, Lou held the position of Owner at Accbiz Solutions, specializing in financial and business planning, and was also the Owner and COO of NetAccess Systems Inc. and Clear Advantage Solutions Inc., where efforts focused on VoIP and wireless solutions. Education includes an Honours BA from Ivey Business School, along with certifications as a Chartered Accountant and Certified Management Accountant.
