Edward Finn III

Edward Finn III serves as the Executive Director for the Center for Innovation in Teaching, Assessment, and Learning at Valparaiso University since November 2022, emphasizing support for faculty in teaching. Finn also engages in academia as an adjunct assistant professor, covering diverse subjects including instructional design and leadership courses. In addition to current roles at Valparaiso University, Finn is the Director of Instructional Technology Design and Assessment at the O'Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs and has taught at Purdue Polytechnic Lafayette and IUPUI. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Operations at Lake Forest Library, leading operations and technology implementation, and contributing as a project lead at the Associated Colleges of the Midwest. Finn founded Fusion Professional Services, Inc., focusing on converting traditional education to online formats, and has held various teaching positions throughout a robust academic career. Educational achievements include a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership from Indiana Wesleyan University and a Master of Education in Adult Education from Indiana University.
