Martim Gois has a diverse work experience. In 2008, they began their career as an English and Mathematics Teacher at Kubease Junior High School and a Substitute Teacher at the City of Helsinki. In 2010, they became an Entrepreneur and DJ at Martim Gois Tmi. In 2011, they worked as an Investment Analyst and Sales Advisor at Danske Bank. In 2014, they were a Business Consultant for a Summer Project at Futurice. In 2013, they founded Finland's first bed bug heat treatment company, Luteiden Torjunta Helle, and served as its Co-founder, CEO, and Chairman of the Board. In 2017, they became the Co-founder and CEO of Valpas. In 2020, Luteiden Torjunta Helle was acquired by an industry incumbent.
Martim Gois has a comprehensive education history. Martim obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Finance from Aalto University in 2010-2013. Martim then attended Tongji University in 2013 for a Product Development Project in Project Management. Martim also attended University of San Diego in 2013 for an IBBA Exchange in Entrepreneurship and Marketing. In 2013-2014, they attended Aalto University for a Product Development Project in Product Development & Project Management. Martim also attended Aalto University in 2014 for an Information Technology Program in Strategy and Experience Design. In 2013-2015, they obtained a Master of Science (MSc) in Finance from Aalto University. Finally, they obtained a CEMS Master's in International Management from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in 2014-2015. Additionally, Martim Gois has obtained two certifications: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance and Open Water Diver from PADI.
