Grady Tucker, MBA, sHRBP is currently serving as the Vice President Human Resources at Valta Energy since June 2023. Prior to this, Grady held a position as Senior Business Partner (Executive Human Resources Director) at the United States Department of Defense from April 2010 to June 2023, overseeing 4,500 employees. Grady's extensive experience in human resources includes roles such as Human Resources Director at the Department of the Air Force, International Business Requirements Manager at the Department of National Defence, and Human Resources Manager at the United States Department of Defense. Grady's background also includes serving as a Public Relations Manager in the Department of Defense, where he coordinated high-profile events for senior officials. With a Master of Business Administration from USC Marshall School of Business, Grady brings a wealth of expertise in HR management and strategic planning to his current role.
