John Hatfield

John Hatfield is a seasoned Project Manager with extensive experience in managing large-scale projects across various industries. Currently at Valta Energy since August 2023, John has previously led a portfolio of federally funded design build projects at WarCon, which amounted to $10 million, from October 2020 to August 2023. Prior to that role, John served as Operations Manager/Sales Manager at National Martial Arts, focusing on business management and martial arts instruction. John began their career in engineering at Chevron, where initial roles included Facilities Engineer and intern positions, contributing to gas processing systems and facility engineering projects. John's engineering foundation was established through a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from The University of Kansas, where practical experience included biodiesel production logistics for the campus bus system.
