Dmytro Shkilniuk

Dmytro Shkilniuk is an experienced Technical Project Manager and eCommerce consultant at Valtech since April 2017, where Dmytro also fulfills the role of Magento Developer. In addition to this position, Dmytro serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Chernivtsi IT Cluster from June 2020 and has been a lecturer at Chernivtsi National University since September 2008. His prior experience includes roles as a Php and Magento Developer, as well as Project Manager at Proggroup, and Magento Developer at PulsarFour Group and Lindenvalley GmbH. Dmytro holds a Master of Computer Applications (M.C.A.) degree from V.M.Glushkov Institute of Cybernetics NASU and completed an earlier degree at Chernivci National 'Juriy Fedkovyc' University.
