Kristoffer Nielsen-Refs has a diverse work experience, spanning from leadership roles in management consulting firms to advisory and strategic positions in various industries. Kristoffer is currently working at Valtech as a Strategy Director & Client Lead, where they focus on driving innovation, transformation, and growth for clients globally. Before joining Valtech, Kristoffer founded and owned Unlock Consulting, an independent consultancy where they helped clients innovate and transform their products and organizations. Kristoffer also served as a Partner at Core & Company, implementing lean start-up and agile methodologies across different sectors.

Prior to that, Kristoffer was the Lead Consultant for Innovation & Digital Lab at Danske Spil A/S, where they established and scaled the company's digital innovation and transformation efforts. Kristoffer has also held senior positions at Norlys, Viaplay Group, Fox, and Turner Broadcasting, where they contributed to digital strategy, product development, and business partnerships.

Throughout their career, Kristoffer has been involved in driving innovation, growth, and digital transformation in various industries, including healthcare, fintech, insurance, ecommerce, automotive, telecoms, and real estate. Kristoffer brings a wealth of experience in strategy, execution, market validation, leadership practices, and innovation accounting.

Kristoffer Nielsen-Refs obtained an Extra Mural Certificate in Management from Birkbeck, University of London, from 2003 to 2005. The certificate covered various subjects such as Competitive Strategy, Principles in Marketing, Finance for Managers, and Effective Management. Prior to that, from 2001 to 2002, they pursued Film & Television Studies at the University of Westminster, focusing on areas like Research & Communication Skills in Film & TV, Film & TV Practice, and Film History & Art.
