Nischal Kapoor

Nischal Kapoor is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in driving business growth and digital transformation across various sectors. Currently serving as Executive Vice President at Valtech since July 2025, Nischal leads strategic initiatives to establish the company as a leader in AI-driven innovation. Prior to this role, Nischal held positions at Accenture, notably as Chief Growth Officer & Practice Lead for Modernization, where the business unit was scaled from approximately $100M to over $300M in a remarkably short period. Nischal also played a key role in launching Accenture's Private Equity Business Group, growing it to $500M in just one year. Previous experience includes a Vice President role at Tech Mahindra, where significant revenue growth was achieved during the pandemic, along with leadership positions at IBM and Dell Services. Nischal holds an MBA in Marketing from the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor’s in Electronics Engineering from M.G.M's Jawaharlal Nehru College of Engineering.
