Priyanka Agrawal is currently working as a Lead Developer at Valtech, where they focus on expanding their knowledge of Optimizely and implementing Optimizely CMS 12, Commerce 14, and ODP. Priyanka played a significant role in creating a connector that integrates Salesforce Commerce Cloud smoothly with Optimizely, enabling businesses to synchronize their products and catalogs and support customer personalization through customer data platform segments.

Prior to Valtech, Priyanka worked at Bain & Company as a Senior Software Developer. Priyanka led the development of multilingual, responsive websites using ASP.Net MVC 5 and Episerver/Optimizely CMS, integrated with SQL databases. Priyanka also utilized Azure DevOps and GitHub for continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.

Before joining Bain & Company, Priyanka was a Senior Software Developer at Newgen Software, where they designed and implemented an automated clearing system for financial transactions for a bank in Ghana. Priyanka also streamlined the retail lending process for a European financial institution by automating their loan origination lifecycle.

Priyanka started their career as a Summer Intern at Astrea IT Services, where they gained experience in Salesforce and developed business apps on the cloud platform.

Priyanka Agrawal earned an Engineer's Degree in Computer Science from Jaypee Institute Of Information Technology between 2012 and 2016. Prior to that, they completed their High School education with a focus on PCM with Computer Science at Salwan Public School in Delhi from 1998 to 2012. Additionally, Priyanka has obtained various certifications including Optimizely Data Platform (ODP) Explorer and Optimizely Certified Content Cloud Developer from Optimizely, Advanced Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager Fundamentals from Google, and AZ-204|Developing Solutions for Microsoft Azure from Koenig Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Priyanka also completed Google Analytics for Beginners certification in 2021.
